You know you should delegate more. You're still not doing it.

In four weeks, practise handing off real work with a small group of managers. Leave with a delegation plan you're already using.

You're still doing their work

You got promoted because you were good at the work. Now you're managing, but you're still doing: making decisions your team should own, reviewing things they should ship, holding tasks that should have moved months ago. You've tried to hand things off. It came back wrong, or it didn't come back at all. So you pulled it back in.

Where are you getting stuck?

"I got promoted and now I'm drowning"

You got promoted for doing the work well. Now you feel you have to check everything yourself to keep the quality up.

"I know better. I still can't stop."

You know how to delegate. But doing it yourself is quicker today, so you keep taking the work back.

Four weeks of practice

Week 1

Where your time actually goes

Map what you're holding and why, and decide what to hand off and how far. You'll make your first real delegation before Thursday.

Week 2

Why it comes back wrong

Most delegation fails in the handover. Learn a simple briefing structure (what, what they can decide, what good looks like, by when) and use it on real work, with feedback from the group.

Week 3

Stop giving answers

Practise five questions that move your team from "what should I do?" to "here's what I'm going to do."

Week 4

Leave with a plan

Build your delegation map: every task you're holding, who should own it, and how you'll brief it. The group pressure-tests it. You leave already using it.

After the four weeks

Eight more weeks of check-ins and an accountability partner help you keep using what you've practised.

What the time commitment actually looks like

The basics

  • 8 live sessions over 4 weeks: Tuesdays (90 min) and Thursdays (60 min)
  • Zoom, with small-group breakouts for practice
  • About 3 hours a week live, plus 30–60 minutes of homework on your real work
  • Small cohorts of 6 to 12 people
  • An accountability partner you'll keep well beyond the four weeks
  • Sessions recorded if you miss one

Where the time goes

  • More than half of every session is practice, not presentation
  • You work on your actual delegations: real people, real tasks, real stakes
  • We track whether you're actually delegating differently, not whether you enjoyed it

What it costs

The guarantee

Attend at least 6 of 8 sessions, complete your briefs and take part in the work. If you don't leave with a working delegation map and at least three things off your plate that you held at the start, you get a full refund.

One person in every cohort gets back the full fee they paid, for the most impactful delegation shift, judged by the group.
